An order can be canceled by both the buyer and the store. If the order was placed by mistake, the buyer can cancel the order within 30 minutes without any consequences. If the order is canceled after the thirty minute grace period, the cost of assembly will be deducted, and in the case of shipment of goods, the cost of delivery and return of the parcel. The order can also be canceled by the store if the product is out of stock or if the order cannot be confirmed. The money will be returned to the buyer within 48 hours of canceling the order.

 

It may turn out that the ordered item is out of stock. Such situations often occur during peak periods of our online store. In such cases, a representative of the store will contact you and offer different options for timing. If the proposed options do not suit the buyer, we will cancel the order.  

The order can be paid on our website by selecting the appropriate payment system. When paying during checkout, the buyer has the opportunity to save 3% of the purchase price. The availability of the payment system depends on the region where the buyer is located.

 

If the buyer wants to check the goods before payment, our online store has the opportunity to place an order with cash on delivery. The goods will be delivered to the nearest post office where they will be given the opportunity to inspect before payment. Goods paid by cash on delivery are more expensive by 3% compared to goods paid during checkout.

 

If it is necessary to purchase goods in installments, in our online store, the buyer can apply for financing by selecting a suitable number of payments. The decision on the application is made by the competent financial authority and a credit agreement is concluded between the buyer and the banking institution.  

 

Since our online store operates in many countries, the prices for the goods in our assortment are presented in different currencies. In order to avoid currency speculation, prices for ordered goods are always calculated in the currency of the country where the recipient of the goods is located. If an order is placed and paid for in a currency different from that in the country of the recipient of the order, the price will be recalculated.

 

By choosing to deliver the order to the nearest post office, the recipient frees himself from the time constraints associated with courier delivery. The recipient can come to the post office at a convenient time and receive his order. Payment format with cash on delivery is also available only when ordering goods to the post office.

When making this method of delivery, the buyer gets the opportunity to pay for the order at our warehouse upon receipt of goods at the most favorable price. Please note that the working hours of the warehouses of our online store are different and it is always necessary to first agree on the time.

 

If you need your order urgently, we can deliver it to you in a few hours. This delivery service is only available in some localities. Express delivery is available at separate rates and is available only if you pay for your order in advance. When making an express delivery, we recommend that customers contact our online store support for prompt service.

 

All products in our online store are of high quality. However, it may happen that there are malfunctions. In such cases, our representatives will always come to your aid. Most of our products are covered by a 12 month warranty from the manufacturer. However, the manufacturers are located in the USA and it may take a few months to send them out for warranty repair. If the problem with your unit cannot be remotely repaired, we will replace it and return it to the USA.

If the goods were purchased in installments, the customer remains liable under the concluded credit agreement with the banking institution. In case of currency conversion, the price for the goods is calculated in USD at the exchange rate at the time of purchase. 

 

There are cases when it is necessary to change the model of the device. The exchange of goods is allowed only if the packaging is not opened and within 24 hours after receipt of the goods. If there is a need for an exchange, you should immediately contact the representatives of our online store. Logistics costs in case of exchange are covered at the expense of the buyer.

 

Our online store regularly holds holiday promotions. A couple of weeks before the New Year or March 8 in the section "discount system" appear items that can be purchased at a discounted price. Holiday discounts can not be combined with other promotions online store. In case of exchange of goods, the current price of the exchanged item is applied.
